Volunteering

If you would like to volunteer to help with this year's Buck, then do please get in touch.

• Serving behind the bar (always popular!)

• Preparing food 

• Serving food

• Setting up on Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon

• Clearing up on Monday

Opening times

• Friday evening 11th July (6pm to 10:30pm)

• Saturday lunch time 12th July (12:00 to 3pm)

• Saturday evening 12th July - Quiz Night (6pm to 10:30pm)

• Sunday 13th July - Music Festival (12:00 to 7pm)

Activities

• Friday evening - entertainment to be decided. Food available

• Saturday evening - Quiz Night (booking essential)   Food available

• Sunday - Music Festival in the garden (no charge, table bookings available)

• Bring a picnic; bar open; BBQ; Ice Cream van

• A range of local bands, all playing for free!

Charitable donations

We always aim to make donations to local charities from the proceeds of the weekend and have been delighted to have raised around £100,000 for good causes over the years.  

For 2025 funds raised will be split between Youth Concern Aylesbury and All Saints Church Buckland

Governance

To ensure that all if fair and transparent, Clive Brazier will provide 'independent financial oversight'.  He'll check income and expenditure and verify the numbers. Thanks Clive.
